Refund policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days upon receipt. To receive a pre-paid return label, please contact us at contact@ve-jewellery.com. We kindly ask you to return all items in their original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as when received. Ve Jewellery will credit back the card used for the purchase once we have received and check the return. 

Please note that custom sizes and special orders, including bespoke pieces cannot be returned for a refund.
